Replit has announced a major enhancement to its AI-powered coding assistant—Replit Agent—through the launch of a new feature set called ‘Dynamic Intelligence’. The upgrade introduces three advanced capabilities aimed at improving accuracy, reasoning depth, and developer autonomy.
The newly introduced features include:
- Web Search (now turned on by default), which enables Replit Agent to access and retrieve real-time web data, helping fill in gaps during coding tasks.
- Extended Thinking, a functionality that supports step-by-step logic, particularly useful for complex debugging or unclear challenges.
- High Power Model, which taps into a more advanced AI engine to handle intensive tasks such as UI overhauls, backend integration, and database logic.
“These upgrades aim to reduce human intervention while improving solution quality,” the company stated in an official release. Replit CEO Amjad Masad described the update as “like deep research but for coding. Super powerful.”
This release marks a significant leap forward in Replit Agent’s capabilities, taking it from simple code suggestions to an intelligent assistant that supports real-time, goal-based development tasks.
The announcement also comes as Replit celebrates a key growth milestone—surpassing $100 million in annual recurring revenue, reflecting a tenfold increase since 2021. The company has achieved this scale without additional capital since its $1.1 billion valuation round in 2023, underscoring its growing traction across developer communities and enterprise environments.
