In his new role at Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services Limited, Rohith Chintawar will lead digital process excellence initiatives aimed at enhancing connected enterprise workflows and driving operational efficiency and innovation across discovery, development, and manufacturing functions.
Rohith Chintawar brings over 15 years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise technology strategy, business process optimization, and large-scale digital initiatives across multiple industries. His expertise spans digital process excellence, analytics-driven transformation, operational modernization, and enterprise-wide innovation programs.
Prior to joining Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services Limited, he served as Chief Digital and Information Officer at H & R Johnson (India) under Prism Johnson Limited, where he led enterprise digital strategy and transformation initiatives focused on operational modernization and technology-led efficiency improvements.
He also held the position of Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at BirlaNu, where he led large-scale digital transformation programs and enterprise technology modernization efforts, driving improvements in digital capabilities and business process integration.
Earlier in his career, Chintawar worked with Hitachi Vantara Consulting and Deloitte, where he advised organizations on strategy, operations, and digital transformation initiatives. His consulting experience included supporting enterprises in process excellence, technology adoption, and operational efficiency improvements.
Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services Limited is a contract research and development organization (CRDMO) engaged in providing integrated drug discovery and development services to global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
