Netomi has announced the elevation of Shilpi Sardana to the role of Senior Director – India Operations & People Strategy, recognizing her significant contributions to the company’s growth and operational excellence.
In her new position, Sardana will lead India operations while driving people strategy initiatives to support Netomi’s continued expansion as an AI-first enterprise. She brings extensive experience in building and scaling high-performing organizations, with expertise across business operations, talent acquisition, people strategy, finance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Over the years, Sardana has taken on several leadership roles within Netomi, steadily expanding her responsibilities. Her career progression includes positions such as Associate Director – Global Talent Acquisition & People Success (India), Head of Global Talent Acquisition & People Success (India), Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition & People Operations, and Manager – Talent Acquisition & People Operations. Her leadership has played a key role in strengthening the company’s talent ecosystem and people-focused initiatives.
Before joining Netomi, Sardana was associated with MyCityWay, where she further developed her expertise in talent management, people operations, and organizational development.
