Swiggy has expanded its senior leadership team with the appointment of Ashwath Swaminathan as the Chief Growth & Marketing Officer.
Ashwath will be tasked with overseeing Swiggy’s growth and marketing strategies, with a specific focus on enhancing customer engagement, driving innovation, and fostering strategic partnerships to bolster its market presence.
Prior to joining Swiggy, Ashwath held the position of Vice President in the Oral Care & Deodorants division at HUL. With more than twenty years of experience, he brings extensive expertise in consumer insights, marketing, and business innovation across various sectors including tea, coffee, makeup, skincare, oral care, and deodorants.
His accomplishments at HUL include spearheading the development of the green tea category, catalyzing growth for Lakme, and achieving notable success in the oral care segment, contributing to HUL’s robust market position.
