Executive search and leadership consulting firm TRANSEARCH India has appointed Samiron Ghoshal as Senior Partner for Technology Business.
Ghoshal brings extensive global leadership experience to TRANSEARCH India. Based in Delhi, his professional journey includes notable roles such as Managing Partner for IBM South Asia, Partner at Ernst & Young, Vice President at Wipro, and senior positions at SAP, Rockwell Automation, and Tata Steel. Before joining TRANSEARCH India, he served as Global Partner for Technology and Professional Services at an international search firm, further expanding his extensive network and industry insights.
With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in the technology and consulting industry, Ghoshal has held top positions including Managing Partner for IBM South Asia, Partner at Ernst & Young, Vice President at Wipro, and senior roles at SAP, Rockwell Automation, and Tata Steel. He previously served as Global Partner for Technology and Professional Services at a global search firm before joining TRANSEARCH India.
Ghoshal holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with First Division honors from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a Certificate for Digital Transformation of Enterprises from MIT Sloan School of Management, obtained between January and March 2021.
TRANSEARCH India is a dominant player in metro areas like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. The company employs vertical heads leading thirteen groups specializing in various sectors such as Technology, Consumer Goods, Education, Real Estate, BFSI, and Automation.
Ghoshal’s responsibilities will include identifying talented senior staff members and C-Suite executives for technology clients, ensuring the company provides exceptional support and maintains outstanding leadership solutions for its diverse client base, the company said in a statement.
