Vipul Rawal Elevated to Lead Strategy, Business Insights, and Digital & Omni Business at Skechers India

Vipul Rawal has been appointed as the Head – Strategy & Business Insights and Digital & Omni Business at Skechers, where he will spearhead the company’s strategic transformation and accelerate the growth of its retail, digital, and omnichannel operations across India. In this expanded role, Vipul is responsible for driving business insights, financial planning, and digital innovation to enhance customer experience and support the brand’s long-term vision in one of its fastest-growing markets.

In this elevated role, he now leads the strategic transformation and growth of the company’s retail, digital, and omnichannel operations across one of Skechers’ most dynamic markets.

Vipul brings over 10 years of cross-functional leadership experience, with a proven track record in strategy, operations, e-commerce, and quick commerce. Prior to rejoining Skechers, he served as the Head of Operations Excellence at Tata CLiQ Fashion. During his tenure, he was instrumental in launching key quick commerce initiatives, streamlining marketplace operations, and leveraging data analytics to improve process efficiency and customer outcomes.

Earlier in his career, Vipul held the position of Vice President – Strategy & Transactions at EY, where he led strategic engagements across industries. He also previously served in strategic roles at Skechers, where he contributed to business expansion efforts and helped drive revenue growth through operational and strategic excellence.

In his new role, Vipul oversees a multi-functional mandate, blending business insights, financial planning, and technology-driven innovation to elevate customer experience and drive long-term growth.

Vipul’s appointment reflects Skechers India’s commitment to digital-first thinking and integrated retail innovation. His leadership will be central to aligning the brand’s business strategy with evolving consumer expectations, particularly as the company scales its online presence and strengthens its omnichannel capabilities.
