Swarna brings more than 18 years of experience within TCS, where she has led numerous initiatives in talent development, learning and development (L&D) transformation, and employee engagement. Her most recent role was as the Global Head – Talent Development for TCS AI.Cloud, where she successfully designed and executed enterprise-wide learning frameworks tailored to emerging technologies. Under her leadership, TCS earned prestigious accolades, including recognition from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Brandon Hall Group, and the Stevie Awards.
She is also known for her advocacy of inclusive talent strategies and initiatives that scale impact. One of her notable contributions includes Elevate Runway, a flagship program that empowered over 60,000 mid-level professionals through structured upskilling and leadership development. Additionally, Swarna has championed gamified engagement models for early talent, promoting creativity and collaboration among the next generation of TCS professionals.
