Ghai will lead operations at AuthBridge in his expanded role, with responsibilities covering operational capabilities, business growth, organisational performance and strategic initiatives. His mandate also includes aligning operational priorities with the company’s broader business objectives.
The leadership move is part of AuthBridge’s broader expansion of its leadership team. The company has also appointed Anil Dhar as Chief Client Relations Officer and Head of Corporate Affairs. The expanded leadership roles come as AuthBridge enters its 21st year and continues to build its leadership capacity for its next phase.
Ghai brings experience across business management, operations, strategic planning, business development and organisational leadership. His career has included responsibilities involving business functions, operational performance and organisational priorities.
Before joining AuthBridge, Ghai held a role at GE Capital, where he gained experience in financial services and business management. He later built a long career at AuthBridge, taking on leadership responsibilities across operations and business functions.
Ghai previously served as Chief Operating Officer at AuthBridge before taking on the President & Chief Operating Officer position. Earlier in his tenure with the company, he held roles including Chief Sales Officer, Senior Vice President, AVP Operations and Senior Manager – Operations.
His association with AuthBridge spans several stages of the company’s growth. His earlier responsibilities included operations, sales and business functions, giving him experience across different areas of the organisation.
In his new position, Ghai is expected to focus on strengthening AuthBridge’s operational capabilities while supporting business growth and strategic priorities.
