BPCL Elevates Pushp Kumar Nayar as Director (HRD) to Strengthen Leadership and Operational Excellence

Over the course of his career at BPCL, Pushp Kumar Nayar has held several significant leadership roles across diverse operational and business functions. His leadership portfolio includes positions such as Head Retail South, Head of Supply Chain Management, Marketing Manager (Lubricants), State Head (Retail) for Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, Territory Manager Retail, National Channel Manager, Sr. Manager (Reseller), Business Development Manager – Lubricants North, Territory Manager, Officer, and Section Incharge Operations.

Throughout his professional journey, Nayar has played an important role in driving operational efficiency, strengthening supply chain frameworks, and expanding retail and lubricant business operations. His extensive exposure across multiple verticals within BPCL has helped him build strong expertise in large-scale business management and strategic execution across India’s energy landscape.

Apart from his contributions at BPCL, Nayar also worked with Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) as HOD PNG Marketing, where he was responsible for driving business planning and execution for the PNG business segment. His role at IGL further strengthened his experience in energy distribution, market operations, and business development within the fuel and gas sector.
