India’s leading stainless-steel manufacturer, Jindal Stainless, has appointed Mr. Sanjay Mishra as its new Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO). With nearly three decades of experience in Digital and Information Technology, Mr. Mishra will lead strategic digitalization and transformation initiatives, aiming to position Jindal Stainless as a digital powerhouse.
Abhyuday Jindal, Managing Director of Jindal Stainless, commented on the appointment: “Embracing digitization and prioritizing information security are crucial for our organization’s growth and sustainability. As our new CDIO, Mr. Mishra will help us become leaders in technological innovation within the industry. Before joining Jindal Stainless, Mr. Mishra worked at renowned global organizations including IBM, GE, and L&T. He played a pivotal role in developing core commerce products, implementing ERPs for global clients, and leading the creation of one of the largest in-house developed ERP and analytics platforms. He holds an M.Tech in Industrial Management from IIT Kanpur and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from KNIT Sultanpur.
