Knack RCM Appoints Vijayashree Natarajan as Chief Technology Officer to Accelerate AI-Driven Healthcare Innovation

India — Knack RCM has appointed Vijayashree Natarajan as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), strengthening the company’s technology leadership as it expands its AI-led healthcare automation and revenue cycle management capabilities for global healthcare organizations.

A seasoned technology executive with more than 25 years of experience, Natarajan brings extensive expertise in artificial intelligence, enterprise automation, cloud platforms, healthcare technology, digital transformation, and large-scale technology modernization. In her new role, she will lead Knack RCM’s technology vision, innovation roadmap, platform modernization, and AI-driven transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining Knack RCM, Natarajan served as Chief Technology Officer and SVP – Head of Technology at Omega Healthcare Management Services, where she led AI-first transformation strategies focused on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI technologies to enhance healthcare operations and digital healthcare delivery systems.

At Omega Healthcare, she played a key role in enabling digital transformation initiatives for hundreds of healthcare clients by integrating AI-powered services, automation frameworks, and advanced analytics into operational workflows. Her leadership focused on improving efficiency, operational scalability, and technology-driven healthcare process optimization.

Before Omega Healthcare, Natarajan spent more than a decade at Cognizant, where she held multiple senior leadership positions across intelligent process automation, product engineering, enterprise mobility, and digital transformation. During her tenure, she contributed to scaling Cognizant’s Intelligent Process Automation practice into a business exceeding $100 million in revenue while leading large-scale automation and analytics programs for global healthcare, life sciences, insurance, banking, and financial services clients.

She also led automation initiatives involving robotic process automation (RPA), AI-powered operations, claims adjudication systems, enterprise governance frameworks, bot engineering, and cloud-enabled transformation programs. Her experience further includes leadership roles in product management, enterprise mobility, digital operations, and emerging technologies including mobile platforms, analytics, and augmented reality solutions.
