SpaceXAI has appointed Manish Jain as Regional Vice President – India GTM and a founding team member, as the AI company begins building its India business and expanding its engagement with enterprises, customers and technology partners. Jain announced the move on LinkedIn, stating that he has joined SpaceXAI as a founding team member and Regional Vice President for India GTM.
In his new role, Jain will focus on building and strengthening SpaceXAI’s go-to-market strategy in India. His mandate includes developing customer and partner relationships, expanding the company’s enterprise presence and supporting the growth of its commercial ecosystem. He will work alongside Midhun Chandra Babu on the India GTM effort and collaborate with the wider APJ team as SpaceXAI develops its regional business.
Jain brings more than two decades of experience across enterprise technology, cybersecurity sales, business development, channel development and go-to-market leadership. Before joining SpaceXAI, he was part of the founding India team at Wiz, where he served as Regional Sales Director for India North and West. During his time at Wiz, he was involved in building the company’s India business and expanding its customer and partner ecosystem.
Prior to Wiz, Jain spent more than 11 years at Palo Alto Networks, where he held several sales leadership positions. His experience at the cybersecurity company included roles covering enterprise and other market segments, giving him extensive exposure to enterprise technology sales and market development. Sources covering his appointment also identify earlier senior sales roles at AGC Networks Limited and Avaya Global Connect.
Jain’s own announcement also outlined his view of the opportunity in India. He wrote, “I’ve joined SpaceXAI as a founding team member and Regional Vice President for India GTM.” He further highlighted his belief that India can move beyond being an adopter of AI to becoming a major contributor to the development and export of AI-enabled technology. His comments reflect SpaceXAI’s focus on building tools designed to support software development, business operations and technology creation.
The appointment comes as SpaceXAI works to establish its presence in the Indian enterprise market. CRN reported that the company is building its India business around enterprise AI adoption and a broader ecosystem of customers and partners, with Jain working with Midhun Chandra Babu and the wider APJ organisation. Digital Terminal similarly reported that his role will involve strengthening the company’s India GTM strategy and expanding engagement with enterprises and technology partners.
For SpaceXAI, bringing in a leader with experience from Wiz and Palo Alto Networks provides an enterprise and cybersecurity-focused perspective as the company develops its commercial presence in India. Jain’s previous experience includes building businesses, developing customer relationships and working with partner ecosystems, areas that are central to establishing a new technology business in a competitive market.
SpaceXAI describes itself as a team of AI technologists and business leaders working to build AI systems that can help humanity understand the world better. The company’s career platform highlights its focus on frontier AI models and products, while its current business presence includes AI products such as Grok.
With Jain now joining as a founding team member and Regional Vice President – India GTM, the company is adding dedicated leadership to its India market-building efforts. His experience across cybersecurity, enterprise technology and go-to-market development is expected to support SpaceXAI’s engagement with Indian enterprises, customers and technology partners as it expands its regional operations.
