AI-insurtech startup NeuralKart has raised ₹2.35 crore in a seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures. The company will use the capital for product development, AI and machine-learning engineering, customer acquisition and go-to-market expansion.
NeuralKart is developing an AI-based risk-decisioning platform that connects insurance-process automation with real-time industrial-safety monitoring. Its technology is delivered through two products—InsureMind and FieldSense—which address different stages of the risk-management and insurance lifecycle.
InsureMind uses an insurer’s product prospectus as its primary rulebook and automates processes including underwriting, claims, renewals and audits. The platform supports straight-through processing while identifying inconsistencies that may require human review.
FieldSense combines data from drones, CCTV systems, IP cameras and connected sensors with computer-vision technology. It detects potentially unsafe conditions at industrial sites in real time and generates risk-scored, auditable outputs. The information collected from industrial sites can also be incorporated into insurance underwriting and claims processes, connecting on-ground risk conditions with insurance pricing and assessment.
“At NeuralKart, we are building AI that does the heavy lifting for two industries that run on trust: insurance and industrial safety. InsureMind turns an insurer’s own policy rulebook into automated underwriting and claims decisions, and FieldSense uses computer vision to prevent incidents before they happen on industrial sites,” said Manoj Raju, CEO, NeuralKart.
The startup said it has generated revenue from enterprise customers and maintained complete customer retention since its inception. It works with general insurers and industrial-risk service providers across health underwriting, claims automation and workplace safety. NeuralKart has also entered a co-development partnership for FieldSense.
NeuralKart is led by co-founders Manoj Raju, CEO; Srigopal Gopisetty, COO; Shreyas R. Halageri, CTO; and Vidvath Kamireddy, CPO. The founding team has more than 60 years of combined experience across artificial intelligence, insurance and enterprise technology. The Bengaluru-based company develops AI solutions spanning insurance automation and industrial-risk prevention, using computer vision, natural-language processing, predictive models and time-series analysis.
