Before joining Bharat Financial Inclusion, Mr. Khare held key leadership roles at several prestigious organizations, such as Indiabulls Housing Finance, Pine Labs, DMI (Digital Management, LLC), and IndiGo Airlines. His impressive career in the IT sector spans over 25 years, demonstrating a proven track record in strategic leadership, business transformation, and stakeholder management.
In his previous roles, Mr. Khare led IT business transformation projects utilizing digital technologies, resulting in significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. His expertise in enterprise architecture ensured effective communication with business stakeholders, aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals.
