Her career at Bank of America has covered several areas of the people function, including talent acquisition, internal mobility, HR operations, business management, contingent workforce management, governance and employee relations.
The new Senior Vice President, HR Business Partner role brings these areas of experience into a broader HR business-partnering mandate. Dhariwala will work with the Analyst and Associate population across APAC while combining people advisory responsibilities with conduct and risk oversight.
