Throughout his career, he has built a strong foundation in areas such as P&L management, ERP system implementation, operational analytics, audits, management reporting, and aligning financial goals with corporate objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). He is also experienced in forecasting, performance management, strategic business partnering, and driving cost and operational efficiency.
